Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we continue the book of 1st Corinthians with Chapter 8 and in our text we see Paul's Instruction on Christian Freedom as he answers on food that was offered to idols. In making application we see that we should respect other believers as it comes to their maturity in Christ. We are to encourage others and not be a stumbling block. Today many Churches will split on trivial issues that can be resolved with a little tolerance and understanding. I am not talking about compromising the truth of the Bible but rather giving grace to those who the Lord is working on in certain issues. How about you? Are you tolerant to those who have not embraced the truth? Let us learn from our text today and the instructions of Paul to see that we always stand for truth but need to have tolerance on believers who the Lord is conforming into the image of our Lord and Savior, Jesus-Christ
