Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we continue the book of 1st Corinthians with Chapter 11 and in our text we see Paul giving instruction on public Worship to this immature Church of Corinth telling the heart of worshiper as it relates to their behavior and ending with the Lord's Supper. In making application we get a glimpse of the heart of worship as we are to follow the precepts of Scripture with the heart of Worship. Today many go through a ritual of worship but their heart is far from God while Paul expounds on how we are to be obedient to precepts as an expression of our Heart. How About You? Do you Worship the Lord in Spirit and Truth? Let us learn from our text today to see that Worship is not rituals but rather a heart felt expression of the indwelling Holy Spirit in the Truth of the Word of God as we show Him that He is Worthy.
