Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the book of Philippians with Chapter 4 and in our text we see Paul reminding us of the Joy in giving as he explains that giving produces fruit that will abound to our account before our Lord and that we are to be content in any financial situation with our thoughts being on the Lord who is supplying us with everything. In making application we this truth today. Everything in our hand is from the Lord and when we share our blessings with others we will experience the joy of giving. How about you? Let us learn from our text today and the reminder of Paul to see that we should be content with what the Lord gives us but our true joy will come when we share what the Lord has given us knowing one day it will produce fruit in the lives of others.
