Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we continue in the book of Hebrews with Chapter 13 and in our text we see the author of Hebrews telling us to live holy and obedient lives. What catches my eye is verse 8 that reminds us that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. In making application we see that promises and prophecies of the Bible are true. Jesus is deity, He died on the Cross for your sins, He rose again, He will save your soul, and He is coming again. How about you? Have you received Jesus as your Lord? Let us learn from our text today and the reminder of the author of Hebrews that reminds us that the Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever so you can believe in Him to save your soul and guide you in every area of your life.
