Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we Continue in the book of Revelation with Chapter 6 and in today's text we see the breaking of the seals. In making application we see breaking of the 7 seals. As each is broken, Christ the lamb, sets in motion events that will bring the end of human history. This truth should motivate us to understand the urgency to preach or proclaim Christ to a lost and dying world. You might be saved but what about your neighbor, or the billions of souls around the world who have not heard the name of Jesus? So what can you do? yes, I can witness and financially support missions but maybe God would have you do more. He might want you to be the missionary? The key is surrendering to His Will for your life and to then walk moment by moment asking the Lord "what next Father?" He will direct you to do His will before His judgement is released. Let us learn from our text today to challenge us to seek the Lord and to find your task in the great commission.
