Each day we walk through the Bible chapter by chapter making an application of our text to help us grow in the Lord. Many applications can be made from each day's text. Today we Continue in the book of Revelation with Chapter 8 and in today's text we see In Chapter 8 the Lord reveals to John the 7th and final seal of the 7 seals broken which continues to describes the judgement that is coming in the end times. The seal judgements give way to the trumpet judgements. The trumpet blasts have 3 purposes (1) to warn that judgement is certain (2) to call the forces of good and evil to to battle, and (3) to announce the return of the King, the Messiah. In applying these scriptures we see again that God has his timing and plan for judgement. Yes judgement is coming and and it should motivate us to proclaim the word of God to the World. Lost people go to Hell. With all the technological advances we can reach the world with the gospel. How about you? What can you do to spread the gospel around the world because judgement is coming? Let us learn from our text today and these Scriptures to challenge us to fufill the great commission to those we come in contact with daily.
