📖 Romans 8:26-28
“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
I. What Does It Mean to Walk in Communion? 👣❤️
Walking in communion means:
👉 Living in close fellowship with God
👉 Enjoying His presence daily
👉 Sharing your heart with Him
👉 Allowing Him to share His heart with you
👉 Walking in oneness with the Lord
Communion is deeper than simply knowing about God.
👉 Communion is knowing God personally.

“God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.”
II. Why Does God Desire Communion With Us? 🤔
From the beginning, God created man for fellowship.
1. God Walked With Adam
📖 Genesis 3:8
“And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day...”
God's desire has always been fellowship.
2. God Walked With Enoch
📖 Genesis 5:24
“And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.”
Enoch's life was marked by continual communion.
3. Jesus Died to Restore Fellowship
📖 2 Corinthians 5:18
“And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ…”
The cross restored what sin had broken.
4. The Holy Spirit Enables Communion

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities…”
The Spirit continually draws us closer to God.
III. The Holy Spirit and Communion 🔥
One of the greatest blessings of the Christian life is the indwelling Holy Spirit.
1. The Spirit Lives Within You

“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you…”
2. The Spirit Helps You Pray

Even when you do not know what to pray, He helps you.
3. The Spirit Leads You

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”
4. The Spirit Assures You

Communion strengthens assurance.

V. The 6 Keys to Walking in Communion 🔑❤️
1. Priority — Spend Time With God Daily

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God…”
2. Persistent — Continue in Fellowship

“Abide in me, and I in you…”
3. Purpose — Desire God's Presence

“One thing have I desired of the LORD…”
4. Plan — Remove Anything That Hinders Fellowship

5. Place — Meet With God Regularly

VI. The Invitation — How Close Do You Want to Be? ❓
Many believers know God as Savior.
Fewer know Him in daily fellowship.

“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”

VII. A Simple Prayer 🙏
“Father, I desire to walk closely with You. Draw me nearer to Your presence. Help me enjoy fellowship with You daily. Teach me to hear Your voice, follow Your leading, and live in communion with You. In Jesus' name, Amen.”
VIII. Your Walk Is Growing 👣
When you walk in communion:

👉 Scripture becomes more alive
👉 Your peace becomes deeper
